Job DescriptionHow You'll Make an ImpactAt Epsilon, we do more

delimiters and decimals.Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales
Compensation, the Senior Analyst of Design & Analytics will assist
in the development of the sales compensation plan design, ensuring
all plans align with company objectives and drive the desired
behaviors that lead to strong company outcomes. The Sr. Analyst
will perform the sales compensation plan effectiveness analysis and
lead modeling for plan design changes. The Sr. Analyst will support
the creation and design of sales compensation plans, communication
documents, policy, and governance documents.What You'll Achieve
- Support the development and maintenance of sales compensation
plans by gathering data, conducting analysis, and providing
insights to inform plan design decisions.
- Perform regular compensation plan effectiveness analysis,
including cost modeling and performance tracking, to support design
updates and reporting needs.
- Partner with sales leaders and participants to aid in the
re-design of plans as well as partner with leaders to ensure plan
design will be the most effective
- Contribute to the development of sales incentive compensation
plans that align with the right business outcomes to drive
growth
- Assist in the creation and distribution of plan calculators,
plan documents, and training materials for compensation program
rollouts
- Participate in the issue resolution process for responding to
escalated issues and questions concerning incentive compensation
plan design and policies
- Support the maintenance and implementation of Compensation
Policies working with Finance, Legal, HR, Sales Operations and
Sales and Client Services Management.
- Utilized advanced Excel skills for data modeling and reporting;
support team in building visualizations and summaries in Tableau
and ad-hoc analytics in Power Point.Who You Are
- What you'll bring with you:
- 5-7+ years of sales compensation experience in design,
development and analytics
- Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project
management skills
- Expert level Microsoft Office skills including use of
PowerPoint and Excel
- Skill to communicate effectively with internal and external
customers of all levels
- Aptitude to analyze a situation, evaluate options, and solve
problems
- Ability to manage multiple projects with aggressive
deadlines.

- BA/BS in quantitative major (finance, business, mathematics,
statistics)
- Ability to navigate a large, complex organization with more
than one revenue channel or sales division
- Ability to drive design with data and feedback given from

knack for knowing when a plan or process needs improvement that

- Experience with incentive compensation automation tools like

within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the
individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and
application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to
