Responsibilities: Drive Sales Strategy: Translate company goals
into actionable territory plans and sales activities aligned with
our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Coach for Impact: Support reps
through the full sales cycle with hands-on coaching in product
positioning, deal strategy, and closing. Pipeline & Forecast
Ownership: Ensure strong CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and
predictable revenue performance. Team Development: Hire, onboard,
and continuously develop top sales talent; foster a
high-performance culture. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner
with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to align on
customer needs and drive results. Process Optimization: Identify
inefficiencies, implement scalable sales processes, and manage to
performance KPIs. Customer Engagement: Step into high-stakes deals
to support your team, build trust, and close complex negotiations.
Qualifications: Experience: 5 years in packaging or distribution
sales; 2 years in a sales leadership role. Packaging experience is
required — including corrugated, chipboard, flexible films, and
packaging supplies. Leadership: A track record of coaching and
developing high-performing sales teams. CRM Expertise: Proficient
in pipeline and forecast management; experience with Acumatica or
similar platforms preferred. Strong Communicator: Able to inspire
teams, influence peers, and build rapport with customers at all
levels. Analytical Thinker: Data-driven and skilled at using
reports and dashboards to inform decisions. High Motor: A
self-starter with contagious energy and a relentless drive to win.
Strategic Closer: Skilled at presenting customer-focused solutions,
