Job Description:
Strohwig Industries is seeking a Director of Technical Business
Development to lead our sales initiatives in high-precision
machining, industrial tooling, and custom molding for automotive
and aerospace industries. The ideal candidate will bring a strong
technical understanding combined with exceptional business acumen
to drive our market expansions and manage complex business
partnerships. With a focus on technological innovation and a solid
background in the industrial sector, this role is perfect for
dynamic leaders aiming to make a substantive impact within a
high-tech, progressive manufacturing environment. Develop and
implement comprehensive business strategies to foster company
growth. Lead market analysis to identify new business opportunities
and viable income streams. Translate complex technical details into
clear business and marketing plans. Coordinate with engineering and
production teams to align business goals with technical
capabilities. Manage business partnership and negotiations with
stakeholders across multiple industries. Prepare detailed reports
on business development metrics and present to executive
management. Supervise the business development team, providing
coaching and strategies to meet departmental goals. Strong
analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficient in CRM
software and MS Office. In-depth knowledge of industrial
manufacturing processes, especially CNC machining, tooling, and
molding. Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Capability to work collaboratively across departments to integrate
sales with business development processes. Medical Insurance Vision

degree in a relevant field is preferred. Professional certification
in Sales or Business Development such as Certified Business
Development Professional.
