We are seeking a Lead Sales Specialist for a high growth opportunity to expand our sales department. This role will be identifying lead opportunities for all of Lakeshore Sport & Fitness’s services at our downtown location. The Lead Sales Specialist is responsible for outbound business-to-business (B2B) prospecting, qualifying, and scheduling meetings between our customers and sales team. Responsibilities: Develop new business via the telephone and mass communications to introduce Lakeshore Sport & Fitness’s solutions and identify decision-makers within specific target markets; Proactively contact B2B prospects Conduct a needs analysis to identify the prospect’s pain points and determine how Lakeshore Sport & Fitness’s solutions will speak to those needs Build and cultivate prospect relationships in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel Enter and update lead data into our CRM database Collaborate with the sales team on new and projective lead pipeline activity weekly Conduct investigative research on target companies and different verticals Deliver weekly reports on call activity, lead, and opportunity generation Qualifications 2 years of lead generation, sales prospecting, or sales experienced preferred; if you are motivated to start a new sales career than we’d like to speak with you too!
