Competitive Pay: Annual Base Commission, $70,000-$90,000 Annual
Potential. Compensation will be based on heavy equipment and

You’ll Do: Be the Trusted Advisor: Serve as the go-to expert for
customers in your territory, matching them with the right machinery
and attachments to meet their unique needs. Grow Your Territory :
Develop and execute a clear strategy to drive sales growth and meet
defined goals. Demonstrate Equipment Value : Lead hands-on field
demonstrations that showcase product performance and benefits. Know
the Market : Keep a close eye on local competitors, customer
trends, and emerging technology to stay ahead of the curve. Own the
Sales Process : From identifying opportunities to closing the deal,
manage the full sales cycle. Evaluate & Trade: Accurately assess
used equipment for trade-in value and advise customers on financing
options. Support Your Customers Post-Sale : Partner with Parts and
Service departments to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction. Host &
Represent : Plan and participate in customer appreciation events,
dealer shows, and training sessions to build relationships and
strengthen brand loyalty. What We’re Looking For: Bilingual
(Spanish-English) a Plus: Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly
encouraged to apply. The ability to communicate with a diverse
customer base is a valued asset. Sales Experience: 2-5 years in
equipment or construction sales preferred. Heavy Equipment
Knowledge: Understanding machine operations and job site
applications is a must. Customer-Focused: Strong
relationship-building skills with a professional, solution-oriented
mindset. Tech-Savvy: Confident using Microsoft Office, CRM tools,
and staying current with digital sales tools and telematics.
Self-Starter: You’re motivated, organized, and capable of working
independently in your territory. Driver’s License: Valid license
with an acceptable driving record, as travel is part of the role.
