The ideal candidate will be adept at creating tailored solutions for clients, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by leveraging our cutting-edge technology and services. Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit Deliver presentations and demonstrations of our products to customers Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics Prepare and report on goals, sales, and prospects Participate in industry or promotional events (trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships Proven ability to negotiate and close deals Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to create and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to understand and explain complex financial products Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Professional sales certifications (e.g., Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP), or Certified Sales Leadership Professional (CSLP)) preferred.
